Is it beneficial for a person to change his/her hobby to career ?

I was just wondering the opinions of people`s about an issue: Is it beneficial for a person to change his/her hobby to career ?
So, decided to ask people about this issue on Facebook and other social sharing websites. I wrote to their inboxes and they replied their opinions. Of course, thir thoughts about this question are very diverse. Some people think it is Beneficial, some think it is Not.

Therefore, i will share their opinions and write a review about this interesting question: Is it beneficial for a person to change his/her hobby to career ?

Results: % 85 of all people think it is BENEFICIAL, % 10 think it is NOT and % 5 think MAYBE.
In a Review, I can say that most people think that is beneficial for people to change their  hobby to career as people have to love their jobs. They have to earn their money from an aspect which they love and it is really good when they do their hobby PERMANENTLY.
Some people think that is not beneficial. So they think people should not mix their hobbies and career. Owing to the fact that they must do something after a tiring work week and get enjoyed. So, if they change their hobbies to career, they will not find anything to do for amusing at the weekends.
And third and the smallest group who say this is may be both beneficial or not think the both issues above.
And I will share SOME of the opinions of people !
Yes, because, by the definition, hobby is smth we love to do and smth we are interested in. In other words, making hobby a career will let us enjoy our work. But at the same time, the answer can be No, because transforming it into a career, we will lose hobby and when the workday is over, we'll have nothing special to do and relax.
Changing hobby to career can be really beneficial for different reasons.

2. You can hold two positions and so will make your life more interesting, be more useful to the society and finally earn more!
No. Because hobby is not a job or work. It`s an entertainment .When you are free you do it.I mean it is not important thing that we have to do by force.
It is beneficial because if the thing that you love doing will be your permanent job, you will enjoy doing it and getting money for that. It is the happiest person who does what he likes for living.
YES. Because you enjoy your job and never get bored
It is beneficial because it's your hobby and you know this job best of all. You know what to do and how to do this work. As the hobby is the thing you like even love to do it means you ‘ll be in the peak of your career.
I think yes if a person is not happy in the job he is doing. If he really hates his job but still continues doing it, in this case it will be a real hardship for him Of course it is discussable as the job may be profitable though uninteresting.
No. If he is rather an experienced person and is not as young to change the profession. But again, if he is rather talented or believes in himself he can still change the profession.
Yes,it's beneficial. I think true success comes only to those who love their jobs,who enjoy doing some certain work everyday and take pride in doing it. Hobby is an activity one enjoys doing. For that reason,if one's hobby becomes his or her career, this person will definitely be successful.
No, because career is vital for surviving in the capitalist society.
No. Because as you now hobby is something that you do in your free time or when you are bored for fun and pleasure. If you change your hobby to your career, you won`t have any extra activity.

Using a gravel vacuum with guppies in the tank okay?

Look I know I have been asking a lot of questions but I want to know what I should do to get into this hobby. I have an 18 gallon aquarium currently going through the fishless cycle process but just to be sure when I clean the tank weekly with fish in it, Should I remove the guppies? I am asking this because I am afraid of them getting sucked into the vacuum and dying. Please help.

You NEVER take out your fish, unless you have to transfer them to another tank for whatever reason

just use the gravel vacuum normaly, you don't have to worry about them getting sucked in, because you're working down at the gravel and not in the middle of the tank
once you're done and have siphoned out the amount you wanted to siphon out, just put your hand on the tube and stop the sucking effect
nothing to worry about
i even did gravel vaccuums with fry in my tank
