Legendary Artists Grace Hard Rock Calling
If there's one event guaranteed to bring the rock to London, it's the incomparable Hard Rock Calling. Held in London's Hyde Park, Hard Rock Calling is a music festival quite unlike any other. Some of the world's most legendary rock musicians have brought unforgettable performances to the heart of England's capital at this two day London event. International and new artists can also be found bringing their own blend of rock old and new to the stage, making it an ideal experience for rock fans of all ages. The open air event also manages to retain the charm of a more remote festival, despite its central location.
The summer festival has garnered a reputation as one of the country's premier rock events since it began in 2006, and it seems that the 2010 show is set to be just as spectacular. Taking place on the weekend of the June 25, massive acts such as Pearl Jam, Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney are already confirmed. These legends are to be joined by other top selling musicians such as Ben Harper, Jamiroquai and Corinne Bailey Rae. Initially introduced as a music festival targeting an older generation of music fans, Hard Rock Calling has moved past its original demographic to attract a wide range of fans and music devotees of all ages.
