I had a piece of an exotic fruit, indigenous to Honduras, or Central America. It was peach like, but also mango like. The outer flesh was leathery and could not be eaten, like a mango. The insides were of peach texture, but tasted like a combination of mango and peach all in one. It was basically amazing, but I don't know what it is called.
You probably just had a mango.. There are a few types.
