How would you go about keeping duck decoys from getting scratched up?
I've started painting some decoys with acrylic paint and they scratch very easily. How would I keep the paint on them better?
give it a pre coat, almost like a primer of matte black paint. like a spray paint for plastic. im guess your using these for hunting? not just for show. it will help the top coat stick better and then go over with a coat of sealer, polyurethane that way incase it does scratch atleast you have the undercoat so it wont flare off the ducks
