Strange bug bites..help?

I've got these bug bites on my chest/hands/legs that are red with a spot in the middle that is shaped like a grain of rice (oval, not circular) and the spots look like scars in appearance (they stretch/react to light differently.) If I squeeze them clear liquid comes out of the "spots".

I say go to a doctor, only they know for sure
