Is it cheaper to buy a home or custom build one?
I know it depends on the materials and land used etc. etc. but what if I were to build a home next to an already built home and made the custom home exactly identical to the one already built? If both homes are EXACTLY IDENTICAL (materials, land, and all) which one ends up being cheaper???
i would say custom build one would be cheaper.
