how to keep a goldfish alive in a vase?
im keeping my goldfish in a vase and he seems healthy (dont say hes dying cuz hes ok). any ways to keep him alive longer (im upgrading from a vase to bowl to 30 gallon). im sorta poor so i cant afford bigger thing soo stop nagging.
The smallest tank you should get for a goldfish is a 20 gallon tank add 10 gallons for every other goldfish you put in with that one. You are going to stunt the poor little guys groth and its going to die. I would suggest in that vase you put a betta in there its still to small but better for the betta then the goldfish. For the betta you need to get it a plant thats silk or real (I preffer real). I have an Anubias plant for my guy it has big leaves he can lay on and hide in. Also they need something like a little cave so its private for them. Bettas are really cool and pretty little fish there about $4. Hope this helps
